Harrisburg Women’s Rugby has moved to Division 3 (D3) with a clear priority: to foster a truly inclusive environment where players of all genders have the opportunity to participate, compete, and grow together through the game we love.
This move reflects our commitment to creating a team culture where inclusion and belonging are at the heart of our program, while continuing to value the competitiveness, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship that make rugby so special.
Playing in D3 allows us to prioritize meaningful game participation for all of our athletes while continuing to play against competitive teams that challenge us to improve and perform at our best.
Our goal is simple: make rugby accessible and welcoming to all genders, build a strong and unified team, and compete with pride, respect, and determination. We believe inclusivity and competitiveness can, and should, go hand in hand.
