HRFC Mission Statement
The members of Harrisburg Rugby Football Club invest in the Central PA region by providing support for community development through recreational activities; to encourage and promote the ethos of camaraderie, discipline, and respect to other underserved entities. Our goals include education and development, community involvement, a focus on the importance of fitness with youth leagues, and public awareness associated with the global sport of rugby.

This move reflects our commitment to creating a team culture where inclusion and belonging are at the heart of our program, while continuing to value the competitiveness, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship that make rugby so special. Playing in D3 allows us to prioritize meaningful game participation for all of our athletes while continuing to play against competitive teams that challenge us to improve and perform at our best. Our goal is simple: make rugby accessible and welcoming to all genders, build a strong and unified team, and compete with pride, respect, and determination. We believe inclusivity and competitiveness can, and should, go hand in hand.
