HRFC Brothers Lost: Chris Ambrogi

Joseph Christopher “Chris” Ambrogi suddenly on October 30, 2017. Loving Father of Gregory C. Ambrogi, Christopher J. Ambrogi, Alexandra V. Ambrogi, and the late Kyle J. Ambrogi. He was the Beloved son of the late Joseph N. Ambrogi and the late Marguerite M. (nee McClatchy) Ambrogi. Brother of Margaret “Midge” (Bill) Degnan, Helen “Terri” (Dave) Free, Thomas “Stanley” (Betty Anne) Ambrogi, MaryAnn (Nicholas) Ivo, Kathleen (Steve) Shinners, Elizabeth (Yo Lizzo) Driscoll, Mary Jo (Rodney) Hsing. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Chris was a 1969 Graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School and a 1973 Graduate of University of Scranton. Chris love to go to the beach, just not any beach, Strathmere. He also loved meeting people, he could talk all day long about whatever subject was the topic of the day. As a youngster, Chris enjoyed being an Altar boy because he could share that with his Father who always went to the morning Mass. Chris was a cub scout and a boy scout, and his mother was always the “den mother”.

Chris grew up and his interested changed, he had a red TR6 automobile which he would always be driving and he also enjoyed motorcycles. However, his favorite thing was being a “Dad” , he was so proud of all his children from the minute of their birth until his passing.
