The Harrisburg 7’s Rugby Tournament is HRFC’s BIGGEST fundraiser of the year. Amongst rugby enthusiasts, it is widely considered to be one of the best – if not THE BEST – 7’s rugby tournament on the East Coast. Our club cannot pull off this amazing feat year after year without the help of generous sponsorships, advertisements, and donations. That is where we need YOUR help.

If you are interested in sponsoring the 29th Annual Harrisburg 7’s Rugby Tournament or would like to purchase advertisement in the tournament program, please DOWNLOAD a copy of the 2015 HRFC 7s Sponsor Form and return by Tuesday, June 9, 2015.

MANDATORY RELEASE / ROSTER FORMS

• Must be filled out in advance of first game, PRIOR TO PLAYING FIRST MATCH OF THEY DAY – NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Please use the roster which may be downloaded from HERE. One for each team entered. Roster limit twelve (12) per side entered. Under tournament rules players must stay with team they are rostered on throughout competition unless captain of opposing side consents in advance to roster amendment.
• TEAM SCORE SHEETS can be downloaded HERE. These are great for keeping track of match scoring.

Harrisburg Senators

Harrisburg Senators Fundraiser Ticket Sales

It’s baseball season!!!!!!

We will be having our Senators fundraiser again this year. How does this work? We will be selling vouchers which are good for any Senators home game. You can get these through Mel for $11 or Reapsome will have them at 7s practice. When you want to attend a Senators game, you take the voucher to the box office and exchange it for a ticket. There are designated sections the vouchers are good for but you can always upgrade to a different section if you desire. There are plenty of home games this summer and it a fun, cheap event to attend.

*** If you would like to purchase 10 vouchers at one time (you don’t have to use them all at the same game) we are running a deal that you get the 10th one for free, so for $99 you can have tickets to 10 Senators home games.

Also, tentatively on July 11th there is a rugby night at the Senators games. Some local teams will be showcasing rugby for the community. We are gathering more information regarding the event but it would be great if we can get a large group to go in Harrisburg gear to promote Harrisburg Rugby. Keep your eyes open for future emails regarding this night.

Hershey Bears

Hershey Bears Fundraiser

Once again this year we will be selling Hershey Bears tickets. Last year we had a good number of people come out and enjoy the game. This year let’s get an even bigger group!!!

This is a fun fundraiser for the team so get out there and sell tickets!!

This is not a club exclusive event so you can sell to family, friends, etc.

Below is the information regarding the time and the date. The game is against Wilkes Barre Scranton which is typically a good game to watch. We have tickets in the 100 level this year right above where the zamboni comes out.

When you see Mel, she will give you vouchers to give out to show that you have bought tickets. Actual tickets will not be available until closer to the game.
