TOURNAMENT SPONSORS WANTED!
• Tournament sponsor at $2,000. Sponsor name incorporated into name of tournament, 3’ x 10’ field banner, included on tournament t-shirt, full-page advertisement in the program, logo on registration page, and included in tournament email blasts.
• Referee Sponsor at $1,000. Name on referee jerseys, name on tournament t-shirt, full-page advertisement in program.
• Field 1 – Championship Field – sponsor is $500. Sponsor name on 3’ x 10’ field banner, included on tournament tee shirt and full-page advertisement in program.
• Field 2 or Field 3 – sponsor is 300. Sponsor name on 2’ x 6’ field banner, included on tournament tee shirt and full-page advertisement in program.
• Finally we have minor sponsorships, these range from $25-$125. These sponsors display their information in the digital program distributed to all teams and participants as well as displayed on the HRFC website and mass media sites.

All sponsorships need to be submitted no later than June 5th, and all artwork must be collected by June 12th.

This is our biggest money maker of the year, the proceeds of this tournament go to the betterment of Perseverance Lodge Field Complex, the more we bring in the better the pitches and facilities can become. Thank you for your participation in the 2026 HRFC 7’s tournament.
MANDATORY CIPP INFORMATION
• ALL players on your roster MUST BE CIPP’d before playing in the Harrisburg 7s Rugby Tournament!
MANDATORY RELEASE / ROSTER FORMS
• Must be filled out in advance of first game, PRIOR TO PLAYING FIRST MATCH OF THEY DAY – NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Please use the roster which may be completed online HERE. One for each team entered. Roster limit twelve (12) per side entered. Under tournament rules players must stay with team they are rostered on throughout competition unless captain of opposing side consents in advance to roster amendment.
• TEAM SCORE SHEETS can be downloaded HERE. These are great for keeping track of match scoring.
